Man•a•ge•ri•al Ec•o•nom•ics: The study of markets, costs, and economic trends for use in the development of strategic business initiatives

Why Managerial Economics

Your company is constantly being faced with complex economic decisions. If your employees are not trained to make choices in the most economically efficient manner, your business will lose money. An understanding of economics allows you to determine how much of a product to produce to maximize profits, what the demand for your products will be, how to prepare for and respond to outside events, and even how you should respond to your competition’s strategies. Despite how important economics is to your business, our years of experience have taught us that even the most educated employees often lack the training and resources necessary to correctly apply economics principles to their decision making processes.

About The Professor

Every seminar we give is designed and led by professor of economics, Paul Palley. Paul has over 20 years of experience as a professional economist where he personally tested and perfected many of the concepts that he now teaches in his seminars. Paul has also spent 14 years instructing working professionals in his capacity as Lead Faculty Member for the world’s largest private university, the University of Phoenix. During his time at the university, Paul was responsible for designing much of the curriculum that is still being used for the school’s economics and statistics courses.
